FAQ
Practical answers.
The objections that come up most often when a business considers moving a real workflow into a purpose-built system.
01Do you only build websites?
No. Binary Zero builds complete business software — internal applications, operational systems, portals, field apps, dashboards and AI systems. A customer-facing website can be built too, and connected to your internal business system so the website and the operations run on the same data.
02Can you build an app for field workers?
Yes. Android (delivered as an APK), Web/PWA and Windows are the supported delivery options, and the choice depends on the workflow: field workers typically suit Android, office-heavy workstations can suit Windows, and mixed or external audiences suit Web/PWA.
03Can you work with our existing data?
Yes. Data migration, import and consolidation can be part of the system. Existing spreadsheets, exported data and document sets are usually the starting material rather than an obstacle.
04Can you build AI into the software?
Yes, where it genuinely helps. Private operational assistants, RAG knowledge systems, OCR/document intelligence, semantic search, classification and reporting are supported capabilities. AI is attached to your own data and scoped to the workflow it serves.
05Do we need to buy separate infrastructure?
Binary Zero manages the required architecture as part of the engagement. Where a feature depends on a paid external provider — messaging, an external API or a third-party AI service — that provider account is owned and paid for by you directly. Binary Zero does not absorb or mark up those recurring charges.
06Can the application work offline?
Where technically appropriate, yes. Offline capability is engineered with a defined offline policy — what works without a connection, what is queued, and how synchronization resolves when the device comes back online.
07Can the software be customized later?
Yes. The system is built as a private business application that can evolve. New workflows, roles, reports and modules can be added as the business changes, rather than requiring a replacement.
08Is the estimate from the AI Solutions Architect a final quote?
No. The Architect produces a blueprint, a complexity estimate and an indicative price range. A Binary Zero engineer reviews the request before a proposal is issued, and only that human-reviewed proposal is contractual.
09Why does a small application sometimes cost more than a bigger one?
Because pricing follows complexity, not screen count. A simple application with several screens can remain Micro, while a smaller application with realtime data, AI workload, multiple roles or heavier infrastructure can fall into a higher tier.
